Prestigious new development goes on sale in Port Erin

by isleofman.com 15th August 2014
An upmarket apartment development on Port Erin's upper promenade is released to the public today (15 August).
The site of a former hotel has been developed by Hartford Homes into just nine luxury apartments - which along with an enviable location, boast plenty of space and panoramic views.
Windsor House has been a major investment by the company and while the show home opens today, four have already been sold.
Their design and scale have been influenced by Manhattan-style apartment living - following visits to New York by Hartford Homes' managing director James Greenhalgh.
He says now the wraps are off, it's time to show the public what's been created in the village:
The development opens this afternoon from 1-4pm and at the same time over the weekend.
