A Douglas company has applied to knock down a former kitchen showroom in Peel and build houses on the land.
I&W Properties, based at the Isle of Man Business Park, says it wants to bulldoze the showroom behind the House of Manannan on Mill Lane and build two new homes.
The company says the redevelopment would also use some of the former Peel gasworks site.
