"Start-Up Saturdays" Workshops for people thinking about starting their own business

by isleofman.com 14th August 2014

Workshops for people thinking about running their own business or working for themselves are being held in Peel and Douglas this autumn.

The two-hour bite-sized training will help people whether they already have a business idea or are yet to find one.

Topics covered include idea generation, how to test your business idea and planning for success.

Kate Lord-Brennan, who is running the workshops, said “The workshops will help people with the earliest stages of planning a business.  It’s an ideal introduction for those who might want to work for themselves, but don’t know where to start.”

For more information and to book contact Kate via e-mail to kate@ventureworks.im or text / call 450749.

As the workshops are for small groups, places are limited so early booking is recommended.

Dates / Times:

Peel Workshop is held on Saturday 27th September 2014 10.00  - 12.00
Douglas Workshop is held on Saturday 11th October 10.00 - 12.00
