Collective responsibility still on MHK's radar

An MHK insists she is not opposed to collective responsibility but claims the Island’s system is simply not democratic.
In March, Kate Beecroft asked for a full review of the method which sees members of the Council of Ministers voting in favour of most government motions, except in exceptional circumstances.
Although the Chief Minister says there are no plans to change the current system, the South Douglas member is hoping the matter will be addressed in the long-term.
