Time to get deeply dippy!

There’s a chance to start 2014 in a bracing fashion across the Island.
The annual New Year dips will be going ahead at various times on Wednesday (January 1).
Kate Holland has the details (audio file attached):

Ramsey
Registration - from 10am at the RNLI Station on South Promenade.
Dip - 11am from the RNLI slipway.
Peel
Registration - from 11am at the sailing club.
Dip – Midday
Douglas
Registration – at the Queen’s Promenade beforehand, or online at douglasdip.com.
Dip – Zumba warm-up at 11.45, dip at midday.
Laxey
Dip – Midday.
Castletown
Dip – 11am.
Southern dips
Chapel Beach, Port St Mary – 11.30am.
Port St Mary Inner Harbour – 12.15pm.
Gansey Bay – 1pm.
Port Erin Bay – 1.45pm.
